So when we quote a Justin truck, we quote it around uptime — the right load rating, the right spring, the right tire for the actual mileage, and a schedule that gets the truck back to work.
Every Justin quote is in writing, line by line: the parts, the labor, the alignment and the tax. Approve it inside 15 days and that price is locked through pickup, even if parts go up on us. If we find something else on your truck, we stop, show you, and nothing gets added unless you approve it.
Bring it by or call. We look at how you drive it, what you tow and where you park it, then talk height, tire size and ride before we talk parts.

Seat cover, steering wheel cover and floor mat go in before a tech gets in the cab. We text you when it checks in, if anything changes and when it is ready.
Every lift leaves aligned. We recommend a hardware re-check after the first few hundred miles, because new suspension settles.

We do not schedule your truck until every part is on our shelf. You get a date and a realistic number of days, so you can plan around it instead of losing a week.
Brakes, ball joints, tie rods, U-joints, wheel bearings and hub assemblies on trucks that put real hours on. Torqued to spec, road tested, documented.
The first question on a work truck is always load. What is in the bed, what is on the hitch, and how often. That drives the spring rate, whether airbag helpers make sense, what load range the tire needs to be and how much lift the truck can carry without fighting the driveline.
The second question is miles. A tire that is perfect for a truck that runs ten thousand miles a year is a poor choice for one that runs forty. We will steer you toward a longer-wearing compound when the math says to, even when a more aggressive tire would be an easier sell.
The third is scheduling. Every job we write gets a parts-in-hand rule — your truck does not come in until we have physically checked in every part for it. That one rule is why work trucks do not sit in our lot waiting on a backordered control arm.

A steering stabilizer hides death wobble. It does not fix it. We check the track bar, ball joints, tie rod ends, control arm bushings and wheel balance before we sell you a single part — that is how we run a death wobble diagnosis.
A JL or JT on 35s with factory gears is slow off the line, hot on the highway and hard on the transmission. We do the lift and the regear together so the Jeep drives right when it leaves.
Drop the Jeep off, we pull the hardtop and reinstall it when the weather turns. The top goes home with you — we do not store it. Hardtop removal and reinstall.

Yes. Flatbed and dually suspension, wheel and tire packages, hitch and gooseneck work, auxiliary wiring and lighting, brakes and alignment. If it is a truck that works, it belongs in our bays.
That is the point of our parts-in-hand rule. We order everything, check it all in, then schedule you — so the truck is in the bay being worked on, not parked waiting on a shipment. We give you a realistic number of days up front.

It depends on the kit. Your written quote tells you how long we need your truck before any parts are ordered, and we text you when it checks in, when parts land and when it is ready.
Not automatically. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your whole warranty just because aftermarket parts are installed. It can deny a specific claim if it shows the aftermarket part caused the failure. We will tell you which parts of your truck a given kit touches before you buy it.
Yes. Clunks, death wobble, alignment that will not hold, worn shocks or a ride that never felt right. We inspect it, give you a written price and lock it, whoever installed the kit.

You do not need a lift to shop with us. A stock Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Expedition, 4Runner or Defender, or a half-ton on factory wheels, gets the same care as a full build: replacement tires in the factory size, new wheels, road-force balancing, TPMS, rotations and flat repair.
