Lift kits, wheels and tires are what we're known for. But our bays handle full service on four-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive trucks, Jeeps and SUVs, from suspension and alignment to brakes, driveline, diesel maintenance and everyday service. We also run a commercial fleet tire program, in our shop and on-site at the customer's yard.

Service Writer / Sales Advisor

You're the first person our customers talk to. You'll write service on everything that comes through our doors, including 4x4 and AWD trucks, Jeeps and SUVs, from an oil change or brake job to a full lift build. You'll learn what the customer needs, build a written quote from our labor guide, walk them through it, and follow the job through to delivery.

What you'll do

  • Answer the phone and greet walk-ins
  • Write service tickets for maintenance, repair and diagnosis, not just builds
  • Handle commercial fleet accounts, scheduling fleet work and writing multi-unit tickets
  • Build itemized quotes in our quoting system from published labor times
  • Recommend needed service honestly, and never sell work the truck doesn't need
  • Order parts and track them until every piece is on the shelf
  • Keep customers updated from drop-off to pickup, and follow up after delivery

What we're looking for

  • Service advisor or counter experience at a dealership, tire shop or auto service shop
  • Working knowledge of 4x4 and AWD trucks, Jeeps and SUVs: maintenance, suspension, driveline and brakes. Lift and wheel/tire experience is a plus, and we'll teach our system
  • Organized, honest, and good at follow-through
  • Valid Texas driver's license

Full-time · Argyle, TX · Monday–Saturday

4x4 Service & Lift Technician

You'll service and build four-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive trucks, Jeeps and SUVs, from half-ton to one-ton, gas and diesel. One day that's a 6-inch lift; the next it's brakes, a front-end rebuild and a diesel service.

What you'll do

  • Maintenance and repair: oil and filter service, brakes, steering and front end, shocks, driveline, 4WD and AWD systems
  • Diagnose ride, handling and drivetrain problems, including death wobble and worn components on lifted rigs
  • Install lift and leveling kits, suspension and accessories
  • Mount, balance and install wheels and tires
  • Fleet tire service on commercial trucks and vans, in the shop and on-site at the customer's yard
  • Perform alignments and road-test finished work
  • Keep your bay clean and your work documented

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on automotive experience from a dealership, independent shop, or tech school (UTI, Lincoln Tech or similar)
  • Experience on 4x4 and AWD trucks, Jeeps and SUVs. Lift and suspension work is a strong plus
  • Commercial/fleet tire and diesel experience a plus
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record (on-site fleet work means driving the service truck)
  • ASE certification a plus, not required

Pay: Hourly, based on experience.
