Wheels & Tires

Fitment Checked Before Anything Is Ordered

We sell, mount and balance wheels and tires for everything that rolls in — lifted trucks, stock trucks, SUVs and cars, two-wheel drive and four. Wheels from 17 through 26 inches, forged and cast. Tires from quiet highway all-seasons through all-terrain, hybrid and mud-terrain, including load-range E for trucks that tow.

The part that separates a good wheel and tire job from a bad one happens before anything is ordered. Backspacing, offset, load rating, speed rating and centre bore all have to be checked against your specific truck and your specific lift. Get one of them wrong and the tire rubs the fender liner the first time you turn into a driveway.

Every set gets road-force balanced and torqued to the manufacturer's spec, and we ask you to come back for a re-torque after the first hundred miles.

What We Offer

Wheel & Tire Packages

Bought together, checked together, mounted together. Usually the better value and always the better fit.

Road-Force Balancing

Measures the tire under load, not just spinning free. It is how you kill a vibration that a standard balance cannot find.

TPMS Service

Sensor service, programming and replacement. New wheels almost always need something done here, and it is not optional on a modern truck.

Tire Repair & Rotation

Patch-plug repairs where the injury allows it, rotations, rebalancing and pressure checks. Walk-ins welcome Monday to Saturday.

Towing & Load-Range E

Correct load index for what you actually pull. A tire that is right for a half-ton is the wrong tire on a loaded one-ton.

Tire Disposal

$9 per tire for proper EPA-compliant scrap disposal through a licensed transporter. Itemized on your quote like everything else.

Choosing a Tire for North Texas

All-terrain is the right answer for most people here. It handles caliche, gravel and wet chip seal without droning on I-35W, and it lasts. Mud-terrains look the part and are genuinely better in deep mud, but they are louder, they wear faster and they are worse in the rain. If your truck spends five days a week on pavement, an aggressive all-terrain or a hybrid is usually the tire you will be happier with at month twelve.

Load range matters more than most people think. Load range E carries more and flexes less, which is what you want under a loaded three-quarter-ton. On a half-ton that never tows, an E-rated tire just rides harsh for no benefit.

Bigger tires change more than the look. A taller tire alters your effective gearing, your speedometer reading and how hard your brakes have to work. Go up enough and re-gearing becomes a real conversation. We will tell you where that line is for your truck.

Offset is what makes or breaks the stance. Too aggressive and the tire sticks out past the fender, throws rocks down the side of your truck, and puts extra load on wheel bearings. There is a right answer and it depends on your lift.

Common Questions

Do I need an alignment with new tires?

If the old ones wore unevenly, yes — otherwise the new set will wear the same way. A basic one-hour alignment is cheap insurance on a set of truck tires that are not.

Can you mount 26-inch wheels?

Yes. We are set up for large-diameter wheels and low-profile tires, including forged wheels where the finish will not forgive a careless mount.

Do you do tires on cars, not just trucks?

Yes. Sedans, crossovers, minivans, hybrids and EVs — mount, balance, rotate, repair and TPMS.

What is road-force balancing and do I need it?

A standard balance spins the wheel freely. A road-force balance presses a roller against the tire to simulate the weight of the vehicle, which finds stiff spots a normal balance misses. It is the answer to the vibration that came back after somebody else balanced it twice.
