• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and the work you are asking about when you request a quote, call, text or visit the shop.
• Information from your visit to our website: basic analytics data such as pages viewed and device type, collected through Google Analytics.
• Service records: the work we quote and perform on your vehicle, and photos or video we take of your vehicle at drop-off to document its condition.

How We Use It

• To quote, schedule, perform and follow up on work you ask us to do.
• To contact you about your vehicle, your appointment and your quote.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Text Messaging below).
• To keep accurate business, tax and warranty records.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we will send text messages about your appointments, your vehicle and your service, such as appointment reminders, "your truck is ready" notices and follow-ups on work we performed. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as our messaging carrier, only to send the messages you asked for.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example payment processing, our messaging provider, website hosting and accounting), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

How We Protect It

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website and access limited to staff who need it.

Your Choices
