Half truck. Half Jeep. All ours.
The Gladiator is the vehicle most shops get wrong, because it is two things at once. It has Wrangler steering and suspension geometry and a truck's job description — a bed, a payload rating and a tow rating. Treat it like a Wrangler and you will overload it. Treat it like a truck and you will build in a wobble.
We do both kinds of work under one roof, which is exactly why the JT is a good fit for this shop. Lifted trucks are our name. Jeeps are the geometry. The Gladiator needs both.
The longer wheelbase makes the JT calmer on the highway than a Wrangler, but it also means driveline angles and the rear suspension behave differently. A kit designed for a JL is not a JT kit, and the rear needs to keep working as a load-carrying rear, not just a tall one.
Things we talk through before quoting:
The half of the Gladiator that a Jeep-only shop cannot help you with, and we do every day on trucks:
Everything on the Wrangler list applies to your JT too — death wobble diagnosis, front-end rebuilds, lifts, gears, lockers, wheels and tires, driveline and 4WD work, tops and doors, brakes and maintenance.
Tell us how you use it — daily, tow rig, trail truck, or all three. That decides the build, not a catalog.
