Carli Suspension — Sold, Tuned and Installed by Carli Certified Technicians
We are an authorized Carli Suspension dealer, and the technicians who build your truck are Carli certified. That is not a sticker on the window. It means the people torquing your radius arms, setting your caster and valving your ride were trained on this equipment by the company that engineers it.
Carli Is Not a Lift Kit. It Is a Suspension System.
Most kits sell you height and let the ride quality land where it lands. Carli builds the opposite way — the engineering starts with how the truck rides, tows and works, and the height is the by-product. That is why a Carli truck at 2.5 inches will out-ride a bargain kit at 6 inches, every time, and it is why a Carli owner is usually somebody who actually uses the truck.
These are matched systems. Progressive-rate coil springs, shocks valved to those exact springs, corrected geometry, an adjustable track bar, stainless brake lines, bump stop drops and caster correction — all engineered to work as one piece. Pull one component out and substitute something cheaper and you no longer have a Carli system, you have a pile of parts. We do not do that here.

The Carli Systems, Explained Straight
Carli builds in tiers. The difference between them is not height — several of them come in the same height. The difference is the shock, the spring and how hard you intend to drive the truck. Here is how we sort people at the counter.
Leveling System
Carli SPEC shocks and Carli springs at a level or mild lift height. The cheapest way into real Carli engineering, on a truck that lives on pavement.
- Carli SPEC 2.0″ shocks
- Level to mild lift
- Street and towing focus
Commuter
Carli's own words: for people seeking the best on-road ride quality who don't plan to off-road beyond low-speed trail driving. If your truck's hard life is I-35W and a gooseneck, this is the one.
- Carli SPEC 2.0″ internal reservoir shocks
- Lighter-rate front coils, adjustable track bar
- Stainless lines, caster shims, bump stop drop
- Rear add-a-pack or full progressive leaf options
Backcountry
The Commuter's ride manners plus remote reservoir damping, for the owner who wants to have some dirt-road fun in an 8,500-pound truck without giving up the highway.
- Carli SPEC 2.0″ remote reservoir shocks
- Progressive-rate front coils
- Radius arm drop brackets, sway bar options
- Gravel and caliche at speed, not just at idle
Pintop
Carli calls it their most popular all-around system and a jack-of-all-trades every Super Duty owner would benefit from. Custom-tuned King 2.5″ shocks on all four corners — 55% more piston area than a 2.0. Best ride quality per dollar in the lineup.
- King 2.5″ shocks, blueprinted pistons
- 17-4 stainless shafts, oil rated to −55°F
- Carli leaf shackle with serviceable bushings
- Optional adjustable radius arms
Dominator
King 3.0″ remote reservoir shocks front and rear. Ten inches of front travel, thirteen in the rear, room for a 37×13.50. Carli's pitch is that it runs hard in the dirt and still commutes like a gentleman — and that is exactly right.
- King 3.0″ remote reservoir, all four corners
- Roughly 4.5″ front / 3″ rear on Super Duty
- About 10″ front / 13″ rear wheel travel
- Fits up to 37×13.50 tires
Components & Shock Packages
You do not have to buy a full system. We install and service Carli components on their own — and if your shocks are tired, a shock package is the single biggest ride improvement per dollar on a truck that is already lifted.
- Shock packages, 2.0 and King 2.5 / 3.0
- Fabricated and adjustable radius arms
- Adjustable track bars, torsion sway bars
- Steering stabilizers, leaf packs, airbags
Ford Super Duty — F-250, F-350 & Excursion
The Super Duty is Carli's home turf and the bulk of what rolls through our bays. Available heights change by model year and by gas versus diesel, because the front-end weight is not the same truck.
| Model Years | Engine | Carli System Heights | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2023–Current | Diesel | 3.5″ and 5.5″ | Radius arm drop brackets required on the newer chassis |
| 2023–Current | Gas | 3″ | Lighter front end, springs rated accordingly |
| 2020–2022 | Diesel | 3.5″ and 5.5″ | Full tier range — Commuter through Dominator |
| 2020–2022 | Gas | 3″ | |
| 2017–2019 | Diesel | 2.5″ and 4.5″ | The 4.5″ Dominator platform |
| 2017–2019 | Gas | 2.5″ | |
| 2011–2016 | Diesel | 2.5″ and 4.5″ | 6.7L Power Stroke, very common build here |
| 2011–2016 | Gas | 2.5″ | |
| 2008–2010 | Diesel & Gas | 2.5″ and 4.5″ | 6.4L Power Stroke era |
| 2005–2007 | Diesel & Gas | 2.5″ and 4.5″ | 6.0L Power Stroke era |
| 2000–2005 Excursion | — | 4.5″ lift system | Yes, Carli still supports it. So do we. |
Every one of those heights is available in more than one tier. A 2017 F-250 at 2.5 inches can be a Commuter, a Backcountry or a Pintop — same stance, three very different trucks to drive. That decision is the conversation worth having before you spend the money, and it is the one we will actually have with you.
Ram 2500 & 3500
Coil-sprung Rams respond to Carli engineering as well as anything on the road, and the 2500 in particular is a different animal with a matched system under it. Air-ride and Power Wagon owners are covered too.
| Platform | Years | Carli System Heights | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ram 2500 Diesel | 2019–Current | 2.5″ level, 3.25″ lift | Coil and airbag versions of both |
| Ram 2500 Hemi | 2019–Current | 2.5″ level, 3″ lift | Sprung for the lighter gas front end |
| Ram 3500 Diesel | 2019–Current | 2.5″ level, 3.25″ lift | Includes a 3.25″ auto-level air version |
| Ram 2500 | 2014–2018 | 2.5″ and 3.25″ | Coil and airbag, diesel and Hemi |
| Ram 3500 | 2013–2018 | 2.5″ and 3.25″ | Auto-level air variants available |
| Power Wagon | Multiple years | About 2″ lift systems | Built around the factory disconnect and winch weight |
| Ram 2500/3500 | 1994–2013 | 3″ and 6″ systems | Older Cummins platforms still supported |
Ram systems come in the same tier structure — Leveling, Commuter, Backcountry, Pintop and Dominator — so the shock and spring conversation is identical to the Ford side. If your truck has factory rear air, tell us up front; it changes which version of the system you need.
Ford Bronco (2021–Current)
Carli's Bronco program is built component-by-component instead of in named tiers, and it is aimed squarely at owners who intend to drive the thing hard rather than park it at a coffee shop.
- Carli SPEC King coilovers, front and rear
- Front billet upper control arms
- Rear fabricated control arms
- Rear adjustable track bar
- Front torsion sway bar
- Steering tie-rod system
- Front and rear bumpers
- Rock sliders (4-door)
- Rear control arm mount and shock mount skids
Because it is built a la carte, a Bronco build is a conversation, not a part number. Carli runs a configurator for the platform, and we will walk it with you and price the package as one job — parts, labor and alignment on the same sheet.
What a Carli Build Costs
Straight answer, because you are going to ask anyway: Carli is premium equipment and it is priced like it. Across the lineup, systems run roughly $2,500 at the entry end to north of $8,000 in parts, depending on the platform, the tier and the options you add.
Where you land inside that range is driven by three things: which shock package you choose, whether you add the rear leaf or airbag options, and whether the build includes fabricated radius arms, steering upgrades or a torsion sway bar. Labor is separate and quoted from published times at our $150 per hour door rate, and the alignment is included.
One more honest note. If the number above is a stretch, say so and we will show you where a conventional lift kit or a shock package gets you eighty percent of the result for a fraction of the money. We would rather sell you the right thing than the expensive thing.
How a Carli Install Runs Here
Same five steps as every job in this shop, with the parts of the process that matter most on a matched suspension system called out.
The Conversation
Year, engine, cab and bed, what you tow, what you haul, and how much dirt you actually see. That picks the tier before anything picks a height.
The Written Quote
Itemized to the shop supplies and the tax, texted or emailed, approvable from your phone.
Parts In Hand
We do not schedule your truck until every component of the system is physically checked in on our shelf. No half-built truck sitting in our lot waiting on a backorder.
Certified Install
Carli certified techs, torque specs, thread locker, geometry and pinion angle set inside spec, and a road test. Lifted alignment included, not upsold.
Delivery & Re-Torque
Alignment printout, a walkaround, paid-in-full receipt, and a re-torque check we want to see you back for after the first few hundred miles.
